This notice explains what happens when you use the Veyrok Technologies website and submit a project inquiry.
Project inquiries
If you submit the contact form, Veyrok Technologies receives the name, email, company or team, service interest, message, project stage, timeline and consent you provide. We use those details to assess and respond to your inquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment details or confidential datasets through the form.
Form provider and notifications
The form is processed and stored through Netlify Forms in the Veyrok Technologies Netlify site. Authorized site administrators can review submissions there. Email notifications may be configured for new submissions; they do not automatically send a reply to you. Netlify submissions can be exported or deleted from the site’s Forms dashboard.
Retention and privacy requests
For an inquiry that does not lead to an engagement, Veyrok Technologies will review and delete the submission within 12 months after the last meaningful contact. This is an operational retention target; deletion is managed in the Netlify dashboard rather than automatically. If an engagement begins, relevant business records may be kept for the engagement and applicable record-keeping needs. For a privacy question or deletion request, email gauravgambhir2@gmail.com.
Motion preference
If you change the motion setting, the website saves that preference in your browser’s local storage under “veyrok-reduce-motion”. This preference stays on your device and is not sent to an analytics service. Your operating system’s reduced-motion setting takes precedence.
Fonts and analytics
Fonts and artwork are served with the website. The site does not use customer analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts.
Scope
This notice covers the current website inquiry flow. It should be reviewed and updated if the studio changes its contact, hosting, analytics or client-data practices.
